Delivery and Pickup Informationn

  • Delivery Option: Available to Kohala Coast and Waikoloa resorts from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
  • In-Store Pickup: Pick up your snorkel gear at our dive shop on the Big Island between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

  • Reservations: Book your snorkel gear online or in-store. For snorkel rental Waikoloa visitors, our convenient online booking ensures your gear is ready when you are.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require 48-hour advance notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental will incur a full charge.
